- Council members: name, title, organisation, contact details, biography.
- Volunteers: name, email, role, background check (if any).
- Attendees: name, email, ticket type, payment information (processed by third-party).

- To administer the awards (judging, notifications, winner announcements).
- To communicate with you about the awards, Summit, and CDAC program.
- To publish winner/finalist lists on our website (with your consent).
- To improve our programs (anonymised statistics).

- We share winner/finalist names and project descriptions publicly.
- We share limited data with service providers (AwardForce, CRM, email platform) under strict confidentiality.
